I graduated Ithaca College in 1998, and started my career in Online Marketing & PR, spending the next decade managing large scale online campaigns for Fortune 500 Companies & Technology Startups.
In 2007, I founded 30 Second Life , a passion project where I document my life in the form of 30 second mini documentaries. The project took off and connected to a worldwide audience and it was during that time I decided I wanted to pursue a career in Editing.
For the next 7 years, I’ve worked tirelessly having studied at The Edit Center, a well respected Editing school in Manhattan. In NYC, I was an Assistant Editor on 3 feature length Documentaries: One Day on Earth, Garbage Dreams & Skatopia.
After moving to Los Angeles in the Spring of 2013, I’ve been the lead Editor for Bravery Tapes, A web Docuseries profiling brave people. One video, “Eric & Juan” , about Gay Marriage challenges in LA, was featured in the LA Times& Huff Post, and a feature story on air on CNN. Reality Show projects soon followed along with a series of music videos.
I started 2014 off cutting a Grey Poupon promo at Crispin Porter + Boguskyand worked on a sizzle for a reality show concept . Most recently, I Edited a series of short Docs profiling Authors at Over The Edge Books , war veterans at The Mighty and a Day in the Life series for a radio program at KPCC .
I also volunteer my time with Daphneyland, a Basset Hound rescue group, editing videos to help find displaced hounds homes. I’m huge live music fan and have seen the band Phish over 100 times. I live in LA with my wife and adorable 13 year old Basset Hound Oliver.
